FAQs
We want every dog and their paw-rents to be the happiest they can be at our daycare. That's why it's important to read our FAQ to help ensure both safety and happiness for all.
Which breeds do you accept?
We welcome all dog breeds except aggressive breeds. If you’re unsure whether your dog is eligible, feel free to reach out to us!
My dog doesn’t go along with other dogs, can he come?
Unfortunately, nope… We do love all furry-friends but since our daycare is an open-loft-style complex, we can only welcome social doggies.
How does the process work?
First, we schedule a meet-and-greet session with you and your pup, a 30-minute discussion to get to know each other. After that, your dog will attend a half-day session before being fully accepted for self-booking in our daycare.
Do you charge more for holidays?
Yes, we apply a 5% markup on holiday rates.
What happens if I no-show?
We require a credit card at booking. If you cancel less than 2 days in advance, we charge a 50% fee. A no-show will incur a 100% charge.
How do you ensure my dog’s safety?
We are certified, Fear Free approach, and a secure, monitored environment to ensure every dog is safe and well-cared for during their time with us. You always have access to our webcam as well.
I see that you have kids…
Our three daughters (8, 9, and 12) love caring for dogs and are a big part of our family businesses! This creates a warm, home-like feel, so we only accept dogs who are comfortable around kids.
What is Fear Free®?
Animals are at their best when they feel at ease. Fear Free® offers science-based, behavior-led strategies to prevent and reduce fear, anxiety, and stress for pets. This why our staff and Daycare is certified Fear Free®.
